The production and processing of natural stone takes place at the company’s facilities, covering a total area of 16,000 m², of which 1,500 m² consists of enclosed production facilities, located in the Lakkoma Industrial Park. In addition, the company owns and operates its own quarry, where it extracts the distinctive Lakkoma natural stone.The company’s showroom, located at the 14th km of the Thessaloniki–Moudania road, is open daily, offering visitors the opportunity to explore an extensive range of products. Carefully designed natural stone wall cladding, marble fireplace surrounds in the interior, as well as outdoor and garden areas landscaped with natural stone, create a realistic and inspiring environment that pays tribute to the architectural traditions of Greece and Europe. Elegant, custom-designed fireplaces and stoves with clean lines, marble and natural stone surfaces, along with a selection of original design ideas, complete the showroom experience.The company is distinguished by its reliable, consistent and prompt customer service. The Quality Management System Policy of AFOI TSOULFIDI E.E., whose activities focus on the production and trade of marble, aims to fully comply with the requirements of applicable legislation, the market, and its customers.
The Quality Policy is implemented through the development and application of a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, as well as with relevant European directives, regulations and standards, applicable legislation, and generally accepted business practices.
A fundamental principle of the company is to maintain high standards of professional ethics in its relationships with customers and business partners, while continuously improving its human resources, equipment, processes, and the Quality Management System itself.
The company’s objective is to provide high-quality products at competitive prices. At the same time, a key priority is to achieve full customer satisfaction, which contributes directly to strengthening the company’s competitiveness within the sector in which it operates.
To implement this policy, the Company:
