The Quality Management System Policy of AFOI TSOULFIDI E.E.<\/strong>, whose activities focus on the production and trade of marble, aims to fully comply with the requirements of applicable legislation, the market, and its customers.<\/p>\n

The Quality Policy is implemented through the development and application of a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015<\/strong>, as well as with relevant European directives, regulations and standards, applicable legislation, and generally accepted business practices.<\/p>\n

A fundamental principle of the company is to maintain high standards of professional ethics in its relationships with customers and business partners, while continuously improving its human resources, equipment, processes, and the Quality Management System itself.<\/p>\n

The company\u2019s objective is to provide high-quality products at competitive prices<\/strong>. At the same time, a key priority is to achieve full customer satisfaction, which contributes directly to strengthening the company\u2019s competitiveness within the sector in which it operates.<\/p>\n

To implement this policy, the Company:<\/p>\n
